Customer satisfaction (External customer)

Customer satisfaction means:  customers are happy with the products and services provided by a business. Levels of customer satisfaction can be measured using different methods.

Some reasons why customer satisfaction is so important:

1.Leading indicator of consumer repurchase intentions and; loyalty (Difficult to measure!)……….

2. It reduces customer turnover.

3.It’s cheaper to retain customers than acquire new ones……………….This is probably the most publicized customer satisfaction statistic out there.
