One of the most important soft skills a manager should have in my opinion is: Empathy
Empathy is the ability to understand and share the feelings, and emotions of another.
This soft management skill is something every manager should have or work on. It’s the way to understand your employees, build trust, and in the end improve your organization in every aspect.
